Fines for dog owners on Felpham beach
The individuals have paid the fixed penalty notices issued by the initial patrols funded by Arun District Council to crack down on dog fouling.
One was for failing to clear up after a dog in West Park in Aldwick.

Hide AdThe others were for ignoring dog exclusion/dogs on leads zones around Felpham beach and beach huts. Ten more verbal warnings have been given. Some 40 under-18s have been spoken to as well about using litter bins.
The preliminary results of the trial will be reported to councillors next Wednesday ahead of a final report in November.
Council parks manager Oliver Handson will tell Arun’s environmental services and community development working group the action appears to be working.
The 79 piles of dog’s mess seen in Bognor town centre green spaces in March were reduced to just one at the start of last month after eight weeks of patrols.
