Bexhill Mayor praises local vaccination programme as she has the jab

She said: “It is proving to be an excellent example of a community coming together to ensure a smooth and efficient service for all those attending to have their vaccination.
“The marshals were really helpful from parking your car to explaining the process when you entered the building. There was no queue and I had my temperature taken at the door.

Hide Ad“After recording my details to a very helpful volunteer I was placed in a socially distanced line to have my vaccination. There was a really pleasant young girl managing the line, and putting everyone’s mind at rest and chatting about the events of the day. Just what was needed if there was any degree of uncertainty or anxiety.
“I met Dr Al Shamaa and r Stocks. They were amazingly efficient in their handling of each individual. They asked several questions regarding medication, other vaccinations, allergies, general health and wellbeing before administering the vaccination, Before leaving they issued me with a card to say what vaccination I received and an information leaflet.
