Hide AdThe study said, “Seaford is a sleepy coastal town, scoring highly for its water quality, lack of rainfall and average annual earnings of £32,786.
“It’s not too far from London if you still have links with the city, but offers a much more relaxed pace of life and a beautiful beach to enjoy.”
Seaford has access to the coastal paths and countryside walks leading to Eastbourne, whilst the cultural city of Brighton is also close by.
