Police information
The Sussex Police is set up into six divisions each lead by a Superintendent as Divisional Commander. These divisions are then split into districts which are then commanded by a Chief Inspector.
Sussex Police policy is about putting local communities first and their needs and issues and priorities are at the heart of local policing. Recently they have joined up with rural communities so that they can stop crime in the town and country. To help stop rural crime they launched Farm and Countryside watch which also demonstrates how close and concerned they are with communities in the town and country.
