Crows celebrate trophy triumph
The Crows made up for falling away in the league by romping to a 66-run win over Division One counterparts Ringmer on a hot afternoon at Glynde.
Losing the toss, skipper Paul Brookes was a little bemused by Ringmer's decision to field first on what appeared to be an outstanding batting pitch. Brookes (36) and Martin Barry (23) got the innings off to a rapid start but it was the performance of Michael Legg that really saw them take the upper hand as he smashed six sixes and three fours in a knock of 58.
