Eadie's late strike denies Beeding victory

Alex Townley had fired Beeding into a 62nd-minute lead but Eadie’s late header ensured Montpelier Villa picked up a 1-1 draw.
The point leaves Josh Baldock’s side winless in six games in all competitions, and Beeding’s boss admitted his side are in a rut at present.

Hide AdHe said: “We are struggling at the moment but I’m positive we’ll get out of it.
“In the past couple of games, we’ve created so many chances but we’ve not been taking them. I can’t remember my goalkeeper having a save to make in the game, that’s how football works sometimes and we will keep working hard to put things right.
“I’m not sure when it will be, but a team is going to be on the end of a hiding from us. We just need that one positive result to gives us that lift again, then we’ll kick on from there.”
Villa goalkeeper Aaron Blackwell was in inspired form and denied Harry Smith on three occasions before he was finally breached.

Hide AdLee Donaldson’s piercing through pass sent Townley away and he slotted home with 62 minutes on the clock.
That looked to have been enough but three minutes into stoppage-time Eadie’s header meant it finished all square.
