Come and take part (or watch) an exciting evening of athletics and experience the outstanding facilities at K2. Precise events to be confirmed but will include sprints, middle distance, jumps (eg high and long) and throws (eg shot, javelin, discus). The competition is available to children and adults, ie age 10 upwards and is open to anyone whether they belong to an athletics club or not. Medals will be presented to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd in their event and age-group. John Mann, known as "His Eminence", will be performing John is a local man from Worthing, and has a large following, and has been a regular performer at Worthing Assembly Rooms for many years. He is quite a showman, and ha additional equipment which produces sound effects to go with his performance.
